At NOVIK, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and confidence when shopping with us.
All of our products are covered against manufacturing defects. We also accept returns if you receive an incorrect item.
If you receive a product that is defective or different from the one you ordered, please follow the steps below:
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Clear photos showing the defect or error
Once we receive your email, your request will be reviewed by our quality team. Authorisation from this department is required before any replacement or refund is issued.
We will respond within 7 business days with the outcome of the review and next steps.
Claims for faulty goods must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Options (If Approved)
If the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:
• A full refund of the amount paid
• A replacement item (same product, subject to availability)
• A product of similar value
• A store credit voucher for future purchases
Change of Mind (Consumer Rights – UK)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Processing

If a return is rejected following inspection, the item may be resent to the customer. In such cases, reshipping costs may apply.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
